Delivery Service Options
1. Standard Delivery (Free)
- Delivered to ground-level entry, garage, or porch
- No unpacking or assembly
- No signature needed (photo confirmation)
2. Room of Choice – from $99
- Delivered to any room inside your home (up to 2 flights of stairs)
- Additional flights: $20 each
- No assembly included
3. White Glove – from $199
- Includes delivery, unpacking, up to 30 minutes of basic assembly, and trash removal
- Available for select sofa collections
Important Notes
- Please ensure items can fit through doors, staircases, and elevators with packaging
- Delivery crew cannot move existing furniture or cover your floors
- We can ship to freight forwarders upon request but are not liable after handoff
Delivery Timing & Tracking
- Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page
- Email notification will be sent when items ship
- FedEx orders include tracking
- For truck delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule
Missed Delivery & Fees
- Missed/refused delivery: $149
- Redelivery: $100
- Cancel in transit: $149
- Waiting over 15 minutes: charged at cost
Receiving Your Items
- ID may be required before unloading
- Inspect items before signing delivery receipt
- Take photos of any damage and note on the Proof of Delivery
- Report damage within 3 business days (photos within 7)
Order Cancellation
- Cancel before shipping: Free
- Cancel in transit: $149 fee
- Changes to delivery must be made at least 3 business days in advance
