Thank you for shopping with Chers!If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to return, exchange, or cancel your order, please review the following policy:

1. Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund of the merchandise value.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. If unavailable, equivalent packaging must be arranged.

Good news:

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns — no restocking fees or hidden charges.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions. Upon receiving the item, we will begin the inspection and refund process.

2. Refund Policy

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–4 business days (depending on your bank).

    No restocking fees apply, regardless of item type.

    Note: Our warehouse is not open to the public. Direct drop-offs are not accepted. Please contact us first for return approval and instructions.

    4. Order Changes & Cancellations

    Orders are typically processed within 8–24 hours. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us before receiving a shipping confirmation with tracking.

    If the order has already shipped, please proceed with a return after delivery. No cancellation fees will apply.

    5. Non-Returnable Items

    The following cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards

    To exchange an item for a different color or material of the same product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

    If you used a gift card or discount code, please contact customer service before placing your new order so we can help you apply the same benefit.
